Monark Property Partners (Monark) is pleased to announce The Monark Prime Credit Fund has been awarded a ‘Superior’ 4-star rating by independent research house SQM.
The strong rating in SQM’s 5-star maximum research structure is another reason for investors and wealth advisors to partner with Monark.
Monark’s CEO and Co-Founder, Michael Kark says, ‘We are proud to be recognised for both the character of our people and the calibre of our investments through this rating. Our opportunity-led strategy means we pursue quality, exercise patience, and only invest when we see value.’
‘We are pleased SQM has provided a positive independent endorsement of our; investment strategy, fund compliance, risk management process, and our hard-working investment team,’ said Mr Kark.

Investors receive quarterly income distributions of both received and accrued interest with a current target yield of 8.5% per annum.
